Hi there,
My name is Mike Epperson I work for a small family owned ceramic shop in Santa Rosa California. People have been purchasing kiln shelves form our two websites and they have been purchasing raw dry clays to make out door wood burring pizza ovens too. Finally I want to build one too, so I am trying to do some research in finding a good book or some kind of directions to building one. Also I am wondering what the difference between using a 1-inch thick shelf and a 5/8 thick would be for the pizza?
