Hi, I'm Ethel, a new member living in Los Angeles. I came across this forum because I was looking for pizza dough recipes and was wondering if anyone had already used Farina tenero tipo 00.  I lived in Bologna, Italy for many years and love the the thin crusted italian style pizza. But what I have always hated was how thin and gooey it was in the middle.  Has anyone made pizza on their barbecue?
