Hi there! I'm a new member, been lurking for a while off and on here. I'm just an average working-woman who loves cooking, and loves pizza!
I live in SE Georgia now but I grew up in Chicago suburbs and love it when I get a chance to enjoy Aurelio's, Giordano's, or Gino's East. The pizza around this area is... meh. Since lurking around these forums, I have learned a few things about pizza making and hoping that I might be able to whip up something that slightly resembles the pizza I love. So far, most of my attempts have been a fluffy, doughy crust. Not bad tasting, but not what I'm looking for. Thanks for reading!
