Last month I made the trip with my family to Connecticut for my nieces wedding. During the reception they served a cold appitizer of this pizza. Real small slices that went fast so I didn't get a great feel for it. I enjoyed it along with a fair amount of Scotch! I made a sweet dough, based on a Papa Johns recipe. Carmelized the onions added a bit of salt, thyme and fennel seed to the mix. Topped the pie with fresh sliced figs and som EVOO and the mixture. Some crumbled goat cheese on top and this is what I had. I could not wait and found it is pretty tastey warm. It may not last for cold tasting!
