I always enjoy when people post photos of their work, so I can see how I compare with the experts. Honestly, I love seeing everybody's work. We had pizza tonight and I wanted to share some of my photos. These were some of the best pizzas I've ever made, even though some of them were topping combinations I've never tried before. It's nice to see progress happen.
The First Pizza is a Pepperoni Pizza with Homemade Cheese and Sicilian Oregano.
The Next Pizza is a Mortadella Pizza. It's Homemade Mozzarella, Mortadella, Garlic, Oregano, a tiny bit of Red Pepper Flakes, and a Drizzle of Olive Oil. I've never tried this one before, but I loved it. Definitely a Keeper.
The Next One is an Italian Meat Pizza. It has homemade Sauce and Cheese, Mortadella, Proscuitto, Panchetta, and Pepperoni. Everybody Loved This one. One of my new Favorite Pizzas!
The Last One is a Chris Bianco Rosa. It's got Parmigiano-Reggiano, Red Onion, Rosemary, Pistachios, and some Olive Oil.
Overall the pizzas were a hit. Just wanted to share them. Thanks for your time!
