PRACTICAL PIZZA PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY SEMINAR
OCTOBER 24-28, 2011

In October, AIB will be holding their annual Practical Pizza Production Technology Seminar at their facility in Manhattan, Kansas. This will be about the 26th year for the course. The course is designed to be appropriate for everyone from newbies to long time pizzeria operators wanting to learn the driving forces behind all aspects of pizza production.

I registered for the 09 one but had to cancel, hoping to go to the 2012 seminar. Anyone here attent one of these?
