Thought I'd contribute with a pie I made the other day...

Info to come.......just seeing if this works

This pie was done on a stone, middle of the oven for 9 minutes 30, at 550 degs

Spanish Chorizo
Fresh Mozz
Grana Padano
Crimini Mushrooms
Fresh Basil

Kind of random ingredients I do realize, but it was quite delicious none the less.

Also I can't figure out how to post a pic of decent size that's under 128 KB !@#$!!

The web has a number of free downloadable programs for resizing photos. Here is what I use.

also check your camera and set it to the small setting.
