Hello Pizza Fans everywhere

My Name is Matt Zier, and I have a newly embarked project on cooking pizzas on my Big Steel Keg smoker/BBQ. I have tried it with a pizza stone but struggled immensely with a peel and getting the pizza on the hot stone and lost heat. So I move to getting a Big Green Egg  ceramic  plate setter to place the stone on and thought  this would solve problems, it did not. Does anyone out there have any advice with the sticking of the dough to the peel.
