My passion pizza is from John's Pizzeria in NYC, the one in Greenwich Village (the original). There is just something about that pie and it's surroundings, not to mention the hour or two usual wait time to get it that's magical...
I am trying to recreate that Napolentana/NYC style Margherita pizza at home and can use all the help I can get. Hope to get to know all of you soon.
