I've actually used this forum for several months now and thought I'd done this but upon a search I was not allowed that function
Anyway, this place has been GREAT! Ask my family! I like thin crusts, but have perfected deep dish and have come a long ways toward a good NY. All because of information on this site.
So, thanks everyone for the help. Everything from ingredients to the all important dough making. When I say "let's make a pizza" at home, I get cheers. And, frankly I'm making pretty darn good pies.
