Hi pizza fans,
I'm a life long pizza fanatic. Could eat it everyday because if you eat a different style it's a whole new meal. I live south of Boston along the coast. Seafood is the obvious draw around here but they also have these "South Shore" style pub pizzas and I am obsessed with trying to recreate them at home! They are about 10 inches, definitely have a little cheddar in the cheese blend and the crust is almost like a shortbread - doesn't have the chew of a yeast dough but I can't figure it out.
