This was just a video that I stumbled upon that showed students learning the craft. About 30 minutes in, we can see the guys practicing dough stretching and it is refreshing to see guys messing up as much as I did with my first few hundred or so tries!
But as I said, everyone had to start somewhere. My first pies started well enough as circles but ended up oval shaped coming out of my WFO. I still get the the rim a little too thick, but I'm getting better at it. I'll be baking about 20 or 30 this weekend so that's more practice coming up!!
