Hi my name is Eleanor and I am from a western suburb of Chicago
I have a kitchen aid stand mixer and I have started to experiment with making
pizza dough with this appliance along with a peel and stone
I have recently made 2 pizza's that turned our well considering the unpredictible
summer we have been having in 2011 - rain, heat and humidity
I look forward to discovering the art of pizza making ( I can eat pizza all day long and never get tired of it) I look forward to learning a lot about pizza
