Hello, I recently got into making pizza from scratch. After a few tries I realized that the basic recipes were not giving me the flavors I like, in my quest for a napoletana dough recipe I came across the A16 thread. There seems to be a lot of knowledgable people here and I can't wait to be inspired some more.
