FYI - Costco carries Fattorie Garofalo Mozzarella di bufala campana - 500g for $12. By far the least expensive in Houston. Kroger and Central Market carry the same brand for 3X the price/g.

Thanks for the head's-up!  I haven't been able to find bufula at all here in Utard, I'll have to check out Costco.   :)
