First NY style pizza

I've made a ton of recipes on this website for other styles of pizzas, but I have not tried making a NY style pie yet. I plan on making it tomorrow night. I have looked through a lot of the recipes, but it is a bit overwhelming in choosing one to make. I would appreciate any suggestions as to which recipe is a good fit. Here is what I have to work with.
1. Kitchenaid mixer
2. active dry yeast
3. high gluten bread flour
4. AP unbleached
5. peel
6. baking stone
7. firebricks
8. home oven up to 550 degrees with an electric top broiler
7. scale

Just because it is my first NY pie, it doesn't have to be a beginner recipe. Thank you for the help
