Hey all! Nice to be here!  I'm a freshman pizza maker from the Reading, PA area, and up until now have mostly cheated by buying raw dough at ATV bakery and using it for crust..... making my own sauce of course!   :P

Now, I want to go the "Full Monty" so to speak, and make my dough from scratch (did it once, turned out okay....).  I'd like to flavor the dough with jalapeno, etc. to give it a little kick and up the ante a little...

95% of the time I'm making my pizza or stromboli on an evil device called The Big Green Egg; gives it a very good flavor.  Tonight, I got lazy and used the convection oven...

I'm looking forward to learning more... nice chatting with you!
