Food Network Pizza Show: Paulie Gee's, Totonno's, etc....
« on: August 31, 2011, 09:34:14 AM »
Did anyone catch Crave: Pizza, The Edible Pizza of Glee on Food Network this past Monday?

It replays as follows:

9/2/2011 11:00pm
9/3/2011   2:00am
9/4/2011   6:30pm

The super FPDs here (you know who you are) may get a little agitated at some of what the host says here and there, but a good look at some pizzerias across the country, including some looks at Totonno's, Tony's Pizza Napoletana (Tony Gemignani) and Paulie Gee's -- great mention Paulie!  :)

Set your DVRs.

Thanks for the heads up.  I'll definitely set the DVR.

How was it?

I will have to hope it eventually gets shown on the Food Network in the UK!

It was pizza porn I guess, and great to see Paulie Gee.

I watched last night, very entertaining and informative. It was a great piece on Paulie, and Gemignani impressed me way more then his book does!

Pauly Gee really brought home the trophy on that one!  Clearly it was a show meant for non-pizza freaks, but still a good watch.  The host had a lot of goofy expressions, but I did like the one, "heaven made in hell."
