Hi everyone. My name is Pam and I live in the Northwest. My family loves pizza, but I am still searching for those little tips and hints that would make my pizza making process easier. :)

Hi Pam!

When I first started making pizza, I used to spend MORE TIME in one day, making the pizza than I do now!  

Now I spend about 3 hours, hands on time, making pizza over the course of 2 or 3 days depending on how long the dough is fermenting in the fridge.  

In conclusion, in my opinion, the best Pizza I've ever had has taken the least amount of effort and the bare minimum ingredients.  Flour Water Salt Yeast!
