I have done restaurant work in Chicago and san francisco for 30 years, I have been told that I can cook! I cook every day but never pizza. My best friend persuaded me to move to Costa Rica and we are opening a thin crust New York Style pizzeria which is about 2-3 weeks from opening. I have all kinds of questions and I can share my experience in this land to those who are interested.
