Hi All, i am just finishing up a new back yard kitchen with a wood fired oven. I am right now in the curing process, burning fires today through Monday. Looking to get some help here on mastering this oven. Been making pizza for years in the kitchen oven and most recently, my Big Green Egg. Now I have the real thing, can't wait.
