Oh...just one question. What glue is used or are the peels just pinned together?

I used Tite Bond I for this peel because it was all I had on hand, I would have used a waterproof glue if I had one at the time like Gorilla glue or Tite Bond III.  I have Tite Bond III now, got it right after I made the peel and realized my stocking problem.  Tite Bond III has a longer wet time too, more time to align parts.
