Hello everybody. I love pizza! Always have, and probably always will.
I am doing research because my wife and I are trying to decide if we would like to open a pizza shop. We are in a seasonal part of Michigan. (Meaning we rely on tourists.) What scares me the most is that I am not a bakery. I can cook, but baking is different. With that being said, with the proper training, I can do anything.
My favorite pizza topping is pepperoni, but I'm not afraid of a supreme. When I order pizza, I order for the type of crust I like. In Minnesota, I crave Broadway's thin crust. Everywhere else, it's hand tossed or pan. It's just a shame that most places around my area buy dough balls from their food supplier. They are bland, bland, bland.
