 Ilive in Vermont and I have a earthstone oven which I have been using for about 10 yrs.  For the past few years I have been using the Reinhardt no knead dough which has been good, occasionally I experiment by adding spelt and the like.  Lately I have been trying to use 00 flour and my latest topping experiment has been brussel sprouts.  Not much else to say.
