Hi - I'm Jock from Scotland. I've been a pizza freak for many years and only really eat Verace Pizza Napoletana style pizzas if possible. I've just recently finished building my own wood fired pizza oven in my back garden to satisfy my desire for real pizza, when I want it without having to go into the city (Edinburgh or Glasgow). Plan is to develop as close to the perfect pizza as possible (I wish) and open my own pizzaria in town with a big WF oven.
