900 Degrees Closed?

I recently heard Tony G's new restaurant 900 Degrees in NYC just closed.

We were there this summer and found the pizza to be fairly good. There was a good variety of pizza.

I know New York pizza fans are a tough bunch. They know their pizza.

But could this pizzeria close so soon?

Can anyone verify that for me?
