Hi everyone, my name is Chris and I'm from Toronto Canada. I originally found this site after making a Deep dish pizza recipe I found somewhere on the net that I thought was nowhere near authentic. Since then I've tried the Pizza Hut pan pizza recipe posted in recipe section and loved it. I have been reading through the volumes of info shared by members of this site and can't wait to try more recipes.

I'm posting pics of some pizzas I've made in the past before I found this site. Some were awesome, some not so much. I am still looking for the perfect crust recipe. The Papa John's clone might be next up....

Nice pizza on the Stumps.  Keep plugging away at it, it will be easier.  Pizza loves heat, you might like to look at the LBE and MBE if you want to build something simple...
