Does anyone have a good recommendation of a recipe or what to do for a Wig and Pen style sauce? It seems to be a very fresh peeled tomatoes sauce (I can see some skins in there) - not at all heavy like a pizza hut or papa johns sauce.
Maybe taking a can of diced tomatoes and crushing them a bit???
