thanks, i cooked in it again last night. i will put the information in the Neapolitan section as i tried some new flour and tomatoes.this little thing actually works.
 Hank you are welcome any time you want to visit.i am selling pizza at a winery friday. Thursday is prep day. dough, sauce ,cheese, meats and veggies. along with my normal dough production which tomorrow includes 50 sheet trays.

Cool, is this Friday lunchtime or evening. We've been talking about eating lunch at your shop Friday but if you're selling Neapolitan pies that day we'll opt for that as long as it isn't too far from OF.

BTW, I'm really liking the oven idea, and am looking at a 22.5" weber on Craigslist do you think that's big enough? Yours is 26" right?

get a 26 inch knock off at home depot 50 bucs close out. 26 inch gives you more cooking space. i am going to matus winery friday night. 15 minutes from oberlin.

How much cost would you say is in the masonry materials? Fire brick and what not?

50.00 maybe. if you have the oven it is an inexpensive build

All I can say is Look Out Willard!  Your pies look every bit as good as what a 2Stone can do.  Get 'em perfected and sell 'em.
