Galbani vs. Precious Mozzerlla

Galbani and Precious are two brands of whole milk Mozzerlla available to me locally. 

For those of you that have used both, which do you prefer?

I think you are comparing apples to apples
Nothing like a taste test to make your decision, but I'm betting they are the same.

Hey, good call!  That's an astute observation, they may be the same.

I tried the Galbani last night - 1/2 the pizza was pure Galbani and the other half was 3/4 Galbani, 1/4 Jack with some fresh Parmesan grated in.  The pure Galbani side was nice (better than skim Mozzarella) but the side with Jack was better.
