The other day at work i got to thinking about when i was working at ciprianis down in south florida an we would sell deep dish chicago style pies. I decided to put one out for lunch sell for gourmet slices.An let me tell you it was a hit, I had few customers that came in they were from chicago. They said ill try a slice after they ate i asked how was it' they said "its awesome taste just like from back home", never could imagine to find a slice like this in tennessee" hahah
