Trying to see if it is indeed possible to replicate a coal fired oven pizza WITHOUT using a coal oven, Ive been reading this site for the past couple weeks. I guess the general consensus is that it is indeed possible (but not unaminous).
I am trying to find info on the Pizzamaster ovens. I have visited their site and I am going to contact them through email. I would really appreciate any info OTHERS have, info they've gotten through others, etc. Any idea about the costs of the different models, pros and cons...any info like that would be very helpful.
