Dough Skins
« on: July 05, 2005, 11:48:55 AM »
Good Morning;
I am new to this site, but have been making pizza at home for about the last year and a half.  If friends, relative and small children can be believed; I do a pretty good job for a self taught novice.  My question is "How do you save (stack) dough skins for use the following day"?  Should I forget about this and stick with flattening dough balls as I need them?  Thanks much for any and all replies.

I personally work with the dough balls as I need them.

Thanks DKM;
I was leaning toward that way of thinking too.
