Barley Malt Extract

Is there a conversion factor for determining how much barley malt extract (Eden) to use in place of sugar ?

 I want to try it instead of sugar in my pizza crusts and in my frustrating attempts at bread making. It's  suppose to give a better flavor. Thanks for any info or advice.
