I am currently in the process of trying to buy a 50 lb bag of All trumps flour. There are several All trumps flours to choose from. Here is a list of the All trumps offered
50121: Unbleached, Enriched, Malted
50111: Bleached or Unbleached, Enriched, Malted, Bromated
50143: Enriched, malted, unbleached, unbromated
I would prefer to use either 50121 or 50143 because they are unbleached.
It seems the only difference is that 50143 is unbromated.
