All trumps flour for Glutenboy's recipe

I am currently in the process of trying to buy a 50 lb bag of All trumps flour. There are several All trumps flours to choose from. Here is a list of the All trumps offered
50121: Unbleached, Enriched, Malted
50111: Bleached or Unbleached, Enriched, Malted, Bromated
50143: Enriched, malted, unbleached, unbromated

I would prefer to use either 50121 or 50143 because they are unbleached.

It seems the only difference is that 50143 is unbromated.

Which flour would everyone recommend for NY style pizzas for Glutenboy's recipe

The 111 all trumps will have the most margin for error.   If you mix too long/short of a time, or if the dough is a little under or over fermented it will still make amazing pizza.   If you nail everything it will still be a little lighter and more tender than the others.    Having said that, the 121, or the 143 will also make amazing pizza.   I have tried them both and have found no difference between the two, so you might as well go for the 143.    Even without the bromate its one of my favorite flours, and I always keep a bag of it around along with harvest king and caputo.   As far as I can tell, you can't go wrong with any of the versions of all trumps.   Good luck!
