La Brea Bakery Focaccia

Using the recipe from The LA Times Nancy Silverton series. Here is my first attempt at La Brea Bakery Focaccia

One with Olives and one plain.

The plain one I made into sandwichs with capacola, arugula, and fig preserves. It was amazing
