My pizza obsession started when I got my last issue of Food Network Magazine. It had an article "50 States 50 Pizzas". Our family used to make a pizza every Friday using the same dough from my stand up mixer recipe book. Now, we make all kinds of doughs each Friday with all kinds of toppings. Hope to get some better ideas here on this forum. I certainly started with the pizza dough recipes and they are GREAT! Very fun site and hope to learn lots more.
