Addition of herbs to pizza dough

Good Morning;
Does anyone know for sure if the addition of dried herbs (1 tsp. of mixed herbs to 3 cups of flour) or cornmeal (1 tsp. to 3 cups of flour) would have any type of affect on the the rise of pizza dough  ??? ??? I prefer a light and airy (many voids) crust and do not want the addition of herbs or cornmeal to affect it.
