Actually, I made pizzas at an out door cook out. So we had hotdogs, hamburgers, etc. plus 4 of my pizzas and everybody was raving about my pizza.

pizzamaking.com...it worked for me!!! ;D

Ran my wood burner barbecue pit three days straight  but look forward to pizza this week one day.
day 1 hams
day2 ribs
day 3 bone-in pork rib roast and barbecue chicken on my chicken grill,

Man the weather was hot and sticky but the barbecue turned out great for our family guest for the fourth.

Ok starting left back to right back a large onion  2 garlic heads hidden from view, beef ribs, 1 whole chicken the pan on right has sliced seasoned zucchini a bell pepper stuffed with butter,  butterd mushrooms. front left to right  a cauliflower root end removed filled with 1 beef boulion cube pepper & 2 sticks of butter (it is upside down with a opening at the top of the foil) next is more beef ribs & 1/2 of beef brisket, there is corn on the cob scattered here & there in the husks (they haven't been in the pit too long yet)  this photo below is later in the day far left is my famous home made pastrami (its not burned the black is crust of that yummy stuff that makes pastrami what it is) Oops almost forgot in front of the cauliflower is Sausage links

I had to make the dough from a "quick rise" recipe from the Doughmakers Cookbook. I made the dough about 11 am and started cooking about 6:30 pm. I always make my own sauce. I made 1 cheese pizza (mozz and cheddar), 1 turkey and chicken, and 2 turkey and chicken w/ mushrooms. All american style.

Dough
4 cups KA Bread flour
1.5 cup water
2 T. Olive oil
1.5 t. Real Salt
2.25 t. yeast (IDY)

Sauce
2 10 oz. cans of tomato paste (not my first choice) :-\
10 oz. water
1 t. oregano
1 t. garlic
1 t. onion
0.5 T. liquid smoke
0.5 T. vinegar

I like the sound of it.

Did you do them on a grill? Gas, Electric, charcole?

No, the grill they had was too small. I do want to build either a 55 gallon barrel gas pizza oven or a brick charcoal/wood pizza oven.
