Hey everyone. Just trying to establish what San marzano tomatoes are the best in people's opinions. Any thoughts? I know its a difficult question. The reason I ask is that I am in the process of opening a Pizzeria in the UK.  I think the pallete here would prefer a sweet sauce and not too thin... Any ideas or comments would be much appreciated.
