I've been lurking here for a bit and decided to finally register and join in a little. I'm extremely experimental in the kitchen. I'm full blooded Italian and have been making pizza since I was a kid. I'm an NYC transplant to Southwest VA. I don't pin myself to any particular style and I try to keep things new an interesting. I've been debating starting a small catering business recently and as a result I've gotten extremely experimental in the kitchen. I look forward to sharing some recipes and pics with you guys.
