noobie to pizza making
« on: July 12, 2005, 02:03:35 PM »
i want to get in the whole pizza making thing so i can actually eat something on a saturday. Im not a chef and the only education i have in cooking is from school and from putting packets into the microwave. I dont know how spices affect the flavour and i have no automatic dough machine or a pizza stone (or screen).
I heard a lot of different combinations opf cheeses, spices and sauces, but i dont know what affects wat. So i would like you to give me a "recipes for the dummies" and any techniques that may help.

silent1,
My humble recommendation is to read the posts here for about a week or two. Experiment for a week or two with one of the hundreds of recipes on this site. Then report back your progress. Our comments will be much more useful then. All the information you need is already posted.

You'll be making quality pies in less than a month...
