I have two blodgett 961 gas deck ovens mounted on a trailer.new safety valves,thermostats.,gas valves,pilot burners,thermocouples and regulators.they light good but after about 40 min.they shut down until they cool alittle (about 20 min).you then can relight and the same thing happens again.I saw on jerry's talk (etundra) about the thermocouple tubes overheating and they should work after being wrapped w/high temp insulation.I double wrapped them but still have the same problem.Any buddy ever have the same problem if so how did you fix it.any help would be great.Thanks !
