So I've recently started baking bread, and have had some good success using a simple recipe.
4 cups AP flour
1 Tbsp salt
1 1/5 to 2 cups water
1 package ADY
I've made a few loaves and got a good crust, and a light airy crumb.
So I wanted to try making pizza. I used the same recipe, adding 1 Tbsp EVOO to the dough. I made and kneaded the dough, and put in the fridge for 24 hours to rise/ferment.
I stretched/shaped the dough, put on toppings, and baked on a sheet pan, as I don't have a stone (yet).
Turned out pretty good. Dough has good flavor, but it's a bit dense.
I'm thinking of adding a little sugar next time, and getting a stone to help with the baking.
Thanks for all the info here, sorry I can't post pictures.
