Made some pumpkin ravioli and had a bunch of filling left over (filling included parm, amaretto cookies, prosciutto, nutmeg, etc.). On a whim, I spread some of the filling on a pizza dough with a little mozzarella on top. When it came out of the oven, I drizzled on some sage brown butter and chopped, roasted hazelnuts. Was not set up for photos. Will do so next time because there will definitely will be a next time.
