I'll try a review. I'm still a layman when it comes to pizza so I'll let the photos do most of the talking.
I went in at about 4:30pm and ordered a large pie half cheese and half pepperoni. Yew York style seems to be their thing. I was told it would be about 15 minutes.
The place had about 5 tables filled.
The dough was taken from a bin and streched and tossed. Then the sauce, cheese and pepperoni. It went into what looked like a gas fired oven. I was able to see flour bags but not the brand or type. A slice was placed in the oven to reheat as I watched. Dough was being tossed and placed on wire racks while the pie was cooking. Must've been close to the dinner rush. After five minutes the pie was turned. The pie was taken out of the oven after 7-8 minutes and boxed. I paid $12.85 for an 18.5 inch pie.
I took a photo as soon as I got in the car.

I took another photo at home 10 minutes later.

The pie was good when it was warm. I began to notice a chang when it cooled a little more. The cheese was sweet and the crust tasted ok but was chewy. It had a little crunch along the outside ring. The sauce was very light and smooth. My wife said she liked the cheese and crust but didnt like the sauce because it was so simple yet had no substance. She would rather have a chunky sauce if it was going to be thin on the pie. She and I thought the pie was a little too oily. I need to read up on New York style to see if that style of pie is oily. The pepperoni tasted good to me. It wsn't spicey or hot.
