I just had to reprint this review of Sotto, a fairly new pizza place in Los Angeles, that has ties to Pizzeria Ortica, one of Orange County's better pizzerias.  Jonathan Gold, for those who don't know, is a Pulizer Prize winning author concentrating mostly on reviewing restaurants in Los Angeles.  He has a way with words, especially where pizza is involved. That's a great piece of writing, but I'm not sure what it has to do with this topic.  Did I miss something?
