Christmas day Pizza & Barbecue

Every year, Christmas evening, all of my family with all of my Aunts and Uncles and all of their children and their children’s children have pizza and barbecue for supper. It is a wonderful tradition that has been going on for many years now.
The idea is to feed a lot of people with very little cleanup so that everyone enjoys the company of others.
Happy Holidays

If I get that new electric smoker that's on my wish list, I'll probably be doing barbecue the day after Christmas too!

All that I want for Christmas is a 50# bag of high gluten flour from King Arthur.
I smoked my 30 pounds of Pork butts for 11 hours and have them chopped and in the frezzer.
Mexican now there is a thought. DKM what is your usual menu?

This coming weekend (12/20) I'll be doing a deep-fried turkey (and will be enjoying a fine cuban cigar and adult beverages during the cooking phase). Talk about a good time!!

A good cigar sounds nice but I quite smoking ten years ago and I would scared to death of starting back again. Worst two years of my life but that's what got me started in pizza and barbecue so all was not lost. Adult beverages are still on my good list.

DKM what is your usual menu?
Corn tortilla-soft and fried-, posole, refried beans, meat (can be grilled chicken or boiled beef or both) pulled and/or chopped, chili sauce, pico, echiladas and rice. Plus typical topping such as lettuce, tomatoes, onion and the like.

Hello, for the past 6+ years my sisters and I have a Christmas eve pizza party. I kind of started it when one year when I wanted to have something different for a change.
