Not sure if there is a thread for pizza combinations. But it would be nice to hear some of your favorite arrangements. I use anything form Pesto, garlic/olive oil, pesto. I am currently hooked on a gyro pizza an olive garlic/oil/butter base, topped with onion and tomatoes, Mozz, then gyro meat on the top. When cooked it gets spinach and fetta cheese. It is served with homemade tzaziki sauce.
My next blind try will be either a chicken bacon Bar-B-Que pizza, or a Brisket bacon Bar-B-Que pizza, accented with onions and green peppers. Just fishing. I would love to see this thread become a combination resource when one hits a road block for something new and exciting.
