I've been making pizzas for many years but only in the last year have I gotten interested in thin crust high-temperature pizzas. For several months I've been trying to get my electric oven up to 750° for at least an hour so that I can make up to 4 pizzas. After many false starts, I finally have been able to do it. Very happy but hope the house doesn't burn down.
